Una terapéutica conservadora - rehabilitadora

En este trabajo monográfico se expone una extensa revisión bibliográfica a cerca del tema "TRASPLANTES
DENTARIOS" con el fin de realizar una puesta al día lo mas exhaustivamente posible del tema. Conjuntamente se presenta una labor de investigación y análisis con los resultados clínicos-radiológicos obtenidos en autotrasplantes dentarios realizados en nuestro medio.
El objetivo específico de la citada investigación fue poder hallar a través de una técnica quirúrgico-endodóntica simplificada un pronóstico favorable para los trasplantes dentarios; dándole una mayor predecibilidad al método y evitando los fracasos más frecuentemente citados en la bibliografía consultada: "pérdida de vitalidad pulpar, anquilosis y rizálisis".
Se realizan autotrasplantes a 25 enfermos acorde a una serie de cuatro protocolos confeccionados a tales fines citando y resaltando la importancia de los mismos para la normatización de los procedimientos terapéuticos.
Como conclusión se afirma que el alto porcentaje de éxitos alcanzado, avala la metodología quirúrgico endodóntica empleada y por ende consolida a los trasplantes dentarios en la actualidad como una terapéutica "conservadora y rehabilitadora" que es confiable, exitosa y predecible en el tiempo, con la posibilidad de ser aplicada a nivel hospitalario no sólo por sus costos reducidos, sino también por el bajo tiempo profesional que insume.
