Abstract

He was born in Montevideo on December 7, 1951, to Luis Paparamborda and Adelina Amodio.
He attended primary school at School Nº 84 and high school at the Héctor Miranda Institute.
On March 15, 1970, when he was 19 years old, he entered the School of Medicine. He went through his career with a very good performance, receiving the degree of Doctor of Medicine on December 11, 1978, at the age of 26.
The following year he married Dr. Nelson Mango (later Medical Lieutenant Colonel and Chief Medical Officer of the Army Division I) who was his partner until the last day of his life. From this union her only daughter Virginia was born.
She moved to the city of Rio Branco, where for four years she was a physics teacher at the high school of that city and doctor of the commune.
