Taking as a determining factor the morbi-mortality of patients on hemodialysis due to Cardiovascular disease; with the purpose of establishing a situational diagnosis; a questionnaire was made to patients on Chronic Hemodialysis Plan of the Nephrology Service of the Central Hospital of the F.F.AA., to measure the cognitive and behavioral level regarding the importance for them of blood pressure and volume overload (Interdialytic Gain), with respect to their pathology.
Subsequently, a retrospective study of Nephrological records of patients on Hemodialysis is carried out; from the last four-year period: January 2001 - December 2004 (48 months) closing complete periods.
After completing the survey, having studied 100% of the population, with subsequent analysis of the results, the necessary variables are cross-referenced to provide the information appropriate to the existing reality.
