Mycetoma on a neoformed cavity

It is reported a case of pulmonary aspergillosis, under the presentation of a pulmonary mycetoma, isolated as agent Aspergillus Flavus; it was attended in the medicine ward and Pulmonology Service of the Armed Forces Central Hospital of Uruguay.The patient had a post-infections sequela cavity in the same lung where he had shown a bronchopulmonary carcinoma stage IIIB, assisted with chemotherapy and radiotherapy in the previous year.
